1. What We Store On Your Device

Chiply keeps color cards, scene notes, exported sheets, and your avatar locally in the App's storage. These are not uploaded to a Chiply server.

2. Access We Request

Chiply only uses system prompts when you take an action:

• Camera — only when you tap Photograph.
• Photo library — only when you pick a still, or when you save an exported sheet.
• Microphone — only if you add a voice scene note.
• Notifications — only when you first open your Library.

3. Advertising & Tracking

Chiply may share ad-related identifiers and run ad campaigns through the App Store. Before doing so we ask your permission via the system's tracking prompt. You can decline without losing access to the App's features.

4. Embedded Accounts & Payments

In-app purchases are completed by Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies to those transactions; Chiply does not see or store your payment details.

5. Third-Party Businesses

Chiply discloses the selected data above to ad partners solely for advertising purposes.
