Chiply ("the App") lets you photograph or import a still, pin exact pixels, and keep the resulting color data as chips in your Library. This Agreement governs your use of the App.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Chiply does not create a server account; your chips, notes, and avatar live on your device only.
Anything you save — color cards, scene notes, and exported sheets — belongs to you. You grant Chiply no license to it. The App does not collect or share your saved content.
Chiply offers Chips, an in-app consumable credit used for paid exports (HD, batch, and print-ready sheets). Purchases are processed by the App Store. Refunds are governed by the App Store and applicable law.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or use the App in any way that breaks the law or the App Store agreements.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update this Agreement and will note the date above. If you disagree, stop using the App. Questions can be sent via the contact information in the privacy policy.
